I have been following this diet carefully and so far I'm seeing results. I look forward to promising results to reach my goal. The foods on here are very delicious and most are easy to make. I have read that a lot of this food will help boost my metabolism!

I ordered this book for my sister . She followed Dr. Ian K. Smith’s six week weight shredding diet plan. It worked wonders on her because of her dedication and sincerity in following the schedule. This book by Betty Johnson : Shred Diet Guide And Recipes Made Simple , is simply great. The first part of the book tells gives a nice overview about Shred Diet , its advantages and the plan outline etc.. and the second part of the book consists of some mouth-watering ( yet weight shredding) recipes , week wise. I personally loved the recipe that my sister tried – Chicken and Zucchini Meatballs .. !! Mouth watering it was :D She liked the Chicken and Broccoli soup , which I didn’t like much.

The recipes mentioned in this book are all easy to follow and most of the ingredients are also easily available. All in all a good buy , worth the price paid for. .

Perfect for the weight issues surrounding the holiday season!

I love how this book is laid out – it is perfect for my scattered brain for sure! It really helps to be able to read the summary of each chapter at the end, and that’s how I noticed I overlooked some important section. I am really intrigued by this diet and it’s 6-week cycle. Knowing I can have some of my favorite foods (in moderation) somewhere soon during the cycle no matter how fattening it might be helps give me the motivation to stick with the diet without feeling deprived. I am ready to get started on my New Year’s weight loss resolution early through the SHRED diet, and just maybe I can avoid gaining weight over the holidays and still get to enjoy the special treats during the season by following it.
